The Pillars Accountability program with Emma played a vital role in me becoming a person with more confidence and self-assurance from 2021, when I first started. Now two years later, with her guidance, she kept me accountable for the weekly goals made each week at our meetings. Before the program, I had little knowledge of how much sleep, food, mind, and body had on my behavior and energy. With Emma, I was able to enhance these pillars by setting weekly goals, and by achieving these, I gained self-confidence, established healthy boundaries, which I lacked in the beginning. The program overall helped me with my personal growth and well-being, and I couldn't thank Emma enough for getting me out of my comfort zone and for the great chats. She's so easy to talk to, understanding, and a great person to keep you accountable, even when you don't feel like you can achieve much. She'll be there to say you absolutely can.

I just wanted to share my experience with Emma's Pillars Program. It's been over three years since I joined, and let me tell you, it has made a world of difference in my life. Not only has Emma helped me stay accountable, but she has taught me the importance of self-care. I genuinely recommend Emma and her program to anyone who is looking to change their perspective on life and take better care of themselves. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I have been working with Emma for close to 3 yrs. I won’t lie, I felt stuck and in a rut. With some bad habits. I didn’t know where to start to get moving and I think my attitude to the program initially was that ‘this won’t work’ and this feels like it’s for women. I’m not afraid to admit I was wrong. Emma’s method - it creeps up on you quite how much you end up achieving and how much more motivated and capable I feel. I have a huge thank you for her support and for holding me to account. I will echo something Emma has referenced before - it feels hard to make changes and try something new, but it’s much harder looking back and knowing you didn’t give yourself the best chance. I 100% recommend the pillars & Emma.
